今天登陆paypal发现右侧有一个图片：Paypal中文界面登陆。

点击进入以后可以选择界面语言，有两种可供选择，英语和简体中文，选择以后便成为中文界面了，如下图所示：

以后国内的很多英文不好的使用paypal就方便多了。看来paypal也逐步开始重视国内市场了，前段时间可以电汇回过，现在又推出了中文界面，国内使用paypal的障碍在逐步消除了

接到电话通知，明年2月1号起支付宝在外部网站的交易要收费，费率是交易额的1.5%.

国外的网关费率一般都比较高，一般在3%左右，但是国内由于竞争的原因，费率普遍较低，很多网关的费率都是1%左右，这次支付宝收费估计会对自身业务造成很大影响。按照我的观点，如果不是因为支付宝免费找不到用支付宝的理由。其他很多网关用起来都要比支付宝方便，例如网银在线，不需要客户注册用户就可以直接支付，而支付宝却需要注册用户，也就是说客户资料会留在支付宝。。。另外由于支付宝的付款机制，还可能存在卖家被骗等潜在危险，总体而言对卖家是不利的。

下面是交易被限的账户余额和交易记录的截图。余额变成负值了。。。

Paypal可以用Wire transfer 向国内银行提现，手续费20美元。

手续费有些高，不过相对于原来方便很多了，对于一些外贸网站能减少很多周转的时间，降低费用。金额大的话，20美元手续费也是相当便宜了。

2. 全新的中文版版本

我们的网站moneybookers.com启动了中文系统以帮助我们更好地为您服务。如果您希望将您Moneybookers的首选语言更改为中文，请完成以下步骤：

1. 进入moneybookers.com的网站。如果该网站没有显示为中文，请点击左上方的中国国旗。如果您没有看到该国旗，请清空您浏览器的历史纪录并重新打开网页。
2. 然后登陆到您的账户，进入‘我的账户’> ‘个人信息’ 然后选择“中文”作为您的首选语言然后点击网页下方“确认”。

使用中国银行卡存值需要先验证地址，登陆网站，要求验证地址，moneybookers会寄一封信给你，信里有确认码。可以按照上面的说明修改为中文就很容易看懂了。

以后通过Moneybookers可以用银行卡购买很多国外的商品了，例如LunarPages美国空间，Skype网络电话的点卡等等。

等以下总结一下哪些可以用MoneyBookers付款发出来供大家参考。

Paypal之间没有实际交易的转款是违反协议的，而且很多人的paypal有问题或者是盗用别人的，所以与他人购买paypal余额一定要小心，否则极易上当。与陌生人交易paypal最好是验证一段时间再付款，例如一周以后没有问题再付款。有一个情况需要特别注意，就是如果卖给你paypal的账户名称是英文名而不是中文的汉语拼音名字而且paypal是用信用卡认证的，那么这个账户有极大的可能性是盗窃他人的。

如果和你的交易的账户有问题，那么这笔交易很容易被paypal冻结，然后需要你提供交易的相关信息。

今天看到论坛的一位会员上当了，收到信件内容如下：

It has come to our attention that you may be the recipient of potentially unauthorized funds. We have initiated an investigation into this event. In the meantime, we have placed a temporary hold on the funds in question until the investigation is complete. This temporary hold will show as a deduction in your available balance. In the meantime, you are free to continue transacting using your PayPal account.

之前我也遇到过一次，和别人的一笔交易被冻结，好在是和我经常交易的一个人，确定是他的paypal的问题，由他承担损失了。

国内目前解决付款问题确实困难，信用卡太少，paypal又没有途径存值，容易上当。如果什么时候paypal能像moneybookers那样存值就方便多了，付款问题也就可以部分解决了。

PayPal将于2006年11月推出电汇服务，届时您可以通过添加中国本地银行进行提现，提现时间将缩短至3－4天，敬请期待！
