各有优点吧，个人觉得windows主机godaddy的要好一些。而ixwebhosting的优点是可以用支付宝付款，有免费的独立ip等等

买外国的主机主要是沟通有点麻烦,不过大摸的美国主机侦察社的回复速度和服务倒是挺快的,要买外国的主机可以去这个论坛看看
但是有一点,买外国主机要做好一个心理准备,会出挺多问题的,呵呵
